Sales Executive for B2B CRM 

Role Description 

          We are looking for a proven, quota-carrying sales performers to help us grow our CRM software for nationwide B2B business. The position reports Sales Director directly with the responsibility of achieving sales quota assigned for CRM Platform. The position is required to maximize revenue and margins by developing business opportunities and delivering value proposition to target customers to help customers to achieve their business objectives. 

       Responsibilities 

  • Generating new business (acquire new customers) and achieve the assigned revenue target 
  • Maintain strong pipelines through creating sales opportunities 
  • Develop business strategies for designated accounts 
  • Build strategic customer relationships to understand customers’ pain points and requirements and design the right solutions 
  • Understand competitor landscapes and their strategies 

        Job Activity 

  • Platform presentation 
  • Quotation/proposal development 
  • Negotiation for deal closure 
  • Legal contract review (first draft) 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver the value to customers 
  • Maintain collaborative relation with customers and look for new opportunities 

        Qualifications 

  • Hunter – must be skilled in the development and closure of new sales opportunities 
  • Be very proactive in responding to customers’ requirements 
  • Having a good record of sales target achievement 
  • Solid solution selling skills and sales forecasting abilities 
  • 1+ years in enterprise software sales with understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 
  • CRM sales experience is a plus 
  • Graduated in Business or else 
  • High discipline 
  • Life-long learner 
  • Age not over 35
